WHO I HELP
I work with adults (18+) who are struggling with:
Difficulty trusting others or feeling safe in relationships
Emotional numbness or feeling disconnected from yourself
People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
Shame, guilt, or harsh self-judgment
Healing from childhood trauma or early attachment wounds
Struggles with identity, self-worth, and sense of belonging
Anxiety and overthinking
Low self-esteem and feeling “not good enough”
Fear of abandonment
Relationship anxiety and emotional disconnection
Patterns of pushing people away or self-sabotage
